Led by Tomas Koutnik, a highly respected personality in orchestral conducting, who is among the best conducting pedagogues in Europe. He teaches at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and from 2024 also privately at his Koutnik Academy. As a mentor and supervisor, Tomáš uses his extensive expertise to guide students in improving their skills and mastering the complexity of the conducting profession.

Through our unique orchestral masterclasses, have the opportunity to enter the real professional world of conducting and lead orchestral concerts with a professional orchestra presenting compositions that appear at world conducting competitions and in orchestral dramaturgy.
