Led by Tomas Koutnik, a highly respected personality of orchestral conducting, who is the head of the conducting department at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. As a mentor and supervisor, Tomáš uses his extensive expertise to guide students in improving their skills and mastering the complexity of the conducting profession.
